About the show: Do you ever find yourself constantly reliving the past? How many pieces of your past don’t fit in your life now? In this show, see the retelling and reliving of past lived experiences and then finally have that moment shed it all and let it go. Our past does not define us. Instead, it helps shape who we are and influence our decisions in the future. Come on a journey of self-discovery, reinvention, and therapeutic renewal.

This show has been a therapeutic process for me in many ways. It can be daunting, as a choreographer, to show your heart to the public through dance. But these dancers made it so easy. You will quickly see how INCREDIBLE they are! They came to this process with open minds & hearts, encouraged each other, were challenged and pushed, and made me feel safe to tell my story through their movement.
